Exposed: How Clandestine Moves to Compromise Judge Handling certificate case against Bindow failed.
A gubernatorial aspirant from Adamawa State that recently lost to Gov. Bindow during the recent APC primary working with a high powered supporter from Abuja made effort to compromise Justice Anka of the Federal High Court Yola failed woefully, as Justice Anka rejects all move from Abuja to grant an injunction restraining INEC from recognizing Bindow as APC candidates for Adamawa State come March, 2019. The Abuja politician of Adamawa extraction, under a well-scripted arrangement to coerce the judicial officers handling the cases, has recruited the services of some notable retired judges and the current Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Abdu Kafarati, to prevail on Justice Anka to grant an order to substitute Bindow’s name with the candidate.
Discreet investigations by The Finder Newspaper have revealed top-level clandestine moves to compromise the Justice Anka of the Federal High Court, Yola division with respect to the allegation of certificate forgery leveled against the Governor to pave way for one the candidate to be replaced with Bindow’s name.
Disillusioned with President Muhammadu Buhari’s democratic stance of insisting on the rights of the aggrieved aspirants to turn to the law courts, the candidate under a well-scripted arrangement to bribe the judicial officers handling the case, has recruited the services of some notable retired judges and the current Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Abdu Kafarati, to prevail on the various judges of the Federal High Court to grant their prayers for Bindow’s name to be remove before march, 2019.
The candidate that recently contested alongside Bindow in the recent APC guber primary boost of war chest from Abuja has deployed all resources to compromise the outcomes of the case since Justice Anka refuse to do their bidding.
Sensing danger that lies ahead to grant the prayers of removing Bindow at all cost, the judge withdraw from the suit and hand it over to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court.
A close confidant of the gubernatorial aspirant told this news medium that they are disappointed that the Judge withdraws from the case, as they have already oil their drums to take to the street of Yola to celebrate, if the Governor’s name is substituted with their aspirant.
“We are not going to rest because if the Judge refuses to do the needful we will get another Judge soon”.
