Governor Fintiri expresses condolences to the Nyako family on the death of Alhaji Musa.

The Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Governor of Adamawa State, has expressed condolences to the Nyako family of Mayo Belwa on the death of Alhaji Musa Nyako, brother of previous Governor of the State Admiral Murtala Nyako.

The governor expressed his condolences to the family and the entire Mayo Belwa community on the demise of the renowned politician and businessman, according to his chief press secretary, Humwashi Wonosikou.

He characterised the deceased as a wonderful parent and husband, as well as an outstanding Adamawa son who committed his life to serving humanity through his profession and philanthropy.

Governor Fintiri advised the head of the Nyako clan, elder statesman Admiral Murtala, and the family to find comfort in the fact that their brother had a life of sublime accomplishments and had a positive impact on society in a variety of ways.

“On behalf of my family, the government, and the people of Adamawa, I mourn the departure of Alhaji Musa, who will be sorely missed by all,” Fintiri stated.

We are all aware that death is the last destination for all mortals, therefore I encourage the late Musa’s children, the entire Nyako family, and everyone else who is mourning his passing to find solace in the great legacy he left behind.

“It is my prayer that Allah will grant him, Aljannatul Firdaus, and the family and loved ones he left behind, the fortitude to bear this loss.”
