Fintiri Appoints Prof. Gidado,Pro-Chancellor, Adamawa State University, Mubi

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has reconstituted the governing council of Adamawa State University, Mubi.

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Humwashi Wonosoiku, said in a statement said Governor Fintiri appointed Professor Maxwell Gidado SAN as the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council of the Adamawa State University.

Governor Fintiri also appointed Alhaji Aliyu Mohammed Gabdo, Mr. Vidon Jaule, Dr. Ali Danburam, ⁠ and Barrister Hapsat Abdullahi JImeta to serve as members.

The formal inauguration of the Governing Council would take place on Friday, April 5, 2024, at the Government House Conference Hall by 11 a.m.

The statement said the appointments take immediate effect.
