Tinubu announces new management for NIGCOMSAT,Digital Bridge Institute
Mr. Daser David has been appointed as the new president/chief executive officer of the Digital Bridge Institute, as announced by President Bola Tinubu.
In addition, he has recently named two new executive directors for Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited.
Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, issued a statement from the Presidency on Monday announcing the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer of Digital Bridge Institute and Executive Directors of NIGCOMSAT.
David, who Ngelale describes as an academic and industry expert with a profound grasp of digital technologies and educational leadership, takes over from Prof. Mohammed Ajiya.
President Tinubu has recently given his approval for the appointment of Mr. Reuben Oshomah as the Executive Director (Marketing) and Mr. Adama Kure as the Executive Director (Finance and Administration) at NIGCOMSAT.
The Presidency highlighted the expertise of Mr. Oshomah in communications satellite marketing and strategic business development, along with Mr. Kure’s strong track record in financial management and corporate governance.
President Tinubu has high expectations for the newly appointed officers, urging them to utilise their extensive experience and expertise to effectively drive the strategic vision for these institutions.
