Fintiri visits Borno, donates N50m to victims of flood.
Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has donated N50 million and six speedboats to the people of Borno State who lost their homes due to the devastating flood that ravaged Maiduguri, the state capital, early this week.
According to the chief press secretary to the governor, HUmwashi Wonosoiku, the governor made the donation when he visited the state on Thursday to commiserate with Babagana Zulum, his Borno counterpart, and the people of the state.
The governor stated that the donation was to purchase relief materials and medicine for the displaced.

The Governor was accompanied by Secretary to the State Government Awwal Tukur, members of the State Executive Council, and friends.
