BREAKING: PDP Govs broker truce, urging all parties to return to status quo.

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Governors Forum (PDP-GF) has advised feuding party members to return to the status quo.

Bala Mohammed, the forum’s chairman and Bauchi State Governor, gave the decision following a governors’ meeting that ended early Tuesday.

Mohammed stated that, as a political party, the PDP was bound to have disagreements among its members, but that these issues can always be handled.

He stated: “There is no crisis. The Governors, BoT, and National Assembly caucus have agreed that the NWC should return to the status quo.”

Mohammed declared all suspensions null and void.
