Aptitude test begins as 45,689 applicants compete for NNPCL jobs.
The Nigerian National Petroleum Business Limited launched the computer-based aptitude exam on Saturday, with a total of 45,689 candidates vying for a job at the business.
In a statement, NNPC spokeswoman Olufemi Soneye revealed that the recruitment will be for a variety of roles throughout the energy company’s departments. She invited potential applicants to go to the NNPC employment page for application guidelines.
The development comes after the corporation announced openings for new hires on July 25, 2024.
The national oil company vowed in an update on its official X account that it will only hire the most competent individuals at the conclusion of the process.
Mele Kyari, Chief Executive Officer of the NNPCL Group, promised a seamless, transparent, fair, and trustworthy process during his visit to the centre.
“As an equal opportunity employer, NNPC Ltd. has taken particular facilities to guarantee that candidates with disabilities may complete the exam without difficulty.
“The GCEO reiterated that only the most qualified candidates among the 45,689 applicants will be selected for employment,” according to the statement.
