Ishaku Abbo attacks leaders out of frustration – Kumangar

Solomon Kumnagar, the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Information and Strategy, has responded to the open letter written by former Senator Ishaku Abbo, who made unverifiable assertions about the PDP  Party’s sponsorship in Adamawa in 2019.

Former Senator Ishaku Abbo issued a three-page open letter on Sunday, making various unverifiable accusations concerning the PDP’s financing by a single individual.

Kumangar responded to Abbo’s letter, claiming that the former senator attacks leaders out of frustration. Kumangar sent a lengthy press release on his verified Twitter account, titled ‘Morally filthy Abbo assaults leaders out of desperation,’ highlighting  perceptions of Abbo.

He wrote, “Ishaku Abbo is so well-known that no one needs to describe him. But there are a few things we would want to say. One is that he will not stop criticising Governor Umaru Fintiri because the former senator is envious of anyone who surpasses him in the state’s development process.”

Recounting some of his principal’s accomplishments, Kumangar tweeted, “Governor Fintiri is ahead of Ishaku Abbo in all fields of national development, and to do so is a cardinal sin to Abbo, whose hallucinations tell him that he is the best senator to lead Adamawa North and that there will never be another better than him.

“This man’s political career has come to an end in Adamawa. He is attempting to get Dickson and Harry in Adamawa to endorse him. If it was his influence that helped the PDP win in 2019, why can’t he do the same for the APC in Adamawa in 2023?

Governor Fintiri vanquished Abbo and all of the political gladiators, even those who act anti-party within the PDP.

He continues to argue that Fintiri is Abbo’s benefactor; this person can’t even win a councillor seat before the governorship election in 2019. it was Fintiri influence that enables even chickens handed PDP tickets to win.

“All those involved in the ‘atemaka matan nan’ saga in 2023 have been quashed by the court despite being declared by crooked means, but one thing I am certain of is that Abbo’s lofty hopes of winning another election in Adamawa are near impossible,” Kumangar added.
