Fintiri’s investment in infrastructure in Adamawa worth over 30 trillion – Rep. Nyampa

The member for Madagali and Michika in the Federal House of Representatives estimated the economic value of the infrastructure investment by Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri at more than thirty trillion.

Nyampa provided an infrastructure study during a civil society event in Portharcourt, Rivers State, over the weekend.

He noted that Governor Fintiri’s government in Adamawa State has consistently demonstrated extraordinary vision via transformational initiatives around the state.

He underlined Governor Fintiri’s economic impact on the state, noting that a total of 500 billion naira had been invested in infrastructure alone since 2019.

Hon. Nyampa, a chartered accountant and economist by profession, indicated that, given the inflation rate, Governor Fintiri had generated an economic impact worth 30 trillion naira. He described a value that can be optimally used by the state until 2039.

He noted that that even if Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri retires today, the state will benefit from his economic investment for the next twenty years.

The lawmaker stated that the future nominal value and its multiplier effects have propelled the state ahead of many others in the country.

Hon. Zacharia Dauda Nyampa said that the ideas and expertise of Governor Ahmad Umaru Fintiri extend beyond politics to other aspects of life.

He noted that Adamawa people are pleased with Governor Fintiri’s leadership and appealed for additional support to allow him to complete the wonderful work he has begun for the state.
