Gov. Umaru JIbrilla Bindow of Adamawa State has retired a disgraced former SGF, Lawal, Lawal, Nuhu Ribadu and also humiliated an apprentice politician Halilu Modi in the just concluded Apc  guber primary in Yola. Bindow conquered Messr, Lawal, Gundiri, Modi and Nuhu Ribadu in a landslide victory.
