Atiku wins eight out of 14 declared LGAs in Adamawa

Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, is currently leading in the Saturday’s presidential election in Adamawa state.

The election took place in all the 21 local government areas in the state.

Mr Abubakar, in the results of the 14 local government areas so far announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission, is currently winning in 8.

The results show that Mr Buhari got a total of 149,050 votes while Aitku Abubaakar of PDP secured a total of 275,524 votes.

The results indicate that Mr Abubakar won in Demsa, Lamurde, Guyuk, Madagali, Mayo Belwa, Numan,
