Breaking: Court Rejects Fintiri’s Joinder Request in MRDD logo suit against Inec

Adamawa state High Court threw out an action brought by a candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Umar Fintiri, seeking to be joined as an interested party in a suit filed by MRDD to challenge Inec decision to exclude their logo from 2019 guber contest in Adamawa.
