Election Petition Tribunal Commences Sitting Monday in Adamawa

The Election Petition Tribunal, is to commence its inaugural sitting on Monday the 8 of April, 2019 at the New High Court Complex in Adamawa state.

A press release signed by Godwin Ezenwa Agbo, the Tribunal Secretary in Yola Saturday and Made available to newsmen said, the tribunal will hold it sitting at 11:00 am on Monday.

The statement reads “The inaugural sitting of Tribunal of Adamawa state sitting at Yola, shall hold on Monday the 8th day of April, 2019 at the Mew High Court  Complex, at Yola at 11:am.

“Your honored presence is high ply appreciated in anticipations”.

The Election Petition Tribunal is expected to entertain all election petitions filed before across the state
