GROUP TO FINTIRI: RESCIND YOUR DESCISION TO CONVERT CLS TO ADSU LAW FACULTY, INSTEAD UNRAVEL THE DISSAPPEARNCE OF THE MONEY MEANT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ADSU LAW FACULTY IN 2014.

Chairman Adamawa first initiative, Mr. Luka Ibrahim has called on Gov. Fintiri of Adamawa state to immediately shelve his idea of converting college for legal studies in Yola to faculty of law in Adamawa state University in Mubi.

Ibrahim in a statement signed by his media aide, Paul Mathias challenge Gov. Fintiri to unravel the missing 500 million meant for the establishment of ADSU, Mubi law faulty since 2014 not reducing CLS Yola to a mere faculty in ADSU.

“we wonder how the governor conceived this ill advice of converting college for legal study in Yola to ADSU law faculty, when states like Kano and Borno have CLS and still offered law in their universities, one wonder why CLS that offers different diplomas in law we be the target of Fintiri administration to be converted to a university faculty, we will resist any attempt to sweep under the carpet the missing 500 million naira procured from stock exchange in 2014, which later developed wings and disappeared into the tine air 2014

We see the idea of converting CLS to law faculty as a Greek gift that should be condemn by every illustrious sons and daughters of Adamawa state, it is also a ploy to hoodwink the people of Adamawa state into forgetting the much awaited probe of the disappearance of 500 million meant for the establishment of the faulty in 2014

Gov. Fintiri should not dissipate his energy in the new found idea of converting CLS to Adsu Mubi law faculty, but instead initiate a probe panel so that the missing 500 million naira can be unravel immediately”.
