Breaking:APC Denies withdrawing case against Fintiri from Tribunal

Adamawa state chapter of the All Progressive Congress has denied the rumour that the party approached the election petition tribunal sitting in Yola to withdraw its case against the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Umaru Fintiri.

The state organising secretary of party in Adamawa state, Ahmed Lawal told this news medium that “we are not ready to withdraw our case at the tribunal, what you are hearing from social media are been peddled by the agent of the PDP in our party.

“We are aware of the three members of the state exco of our party that took bribe from the ruling party to sabotage our case at the tribunal, if there is need to withdraw the case the order will come from the national secretariat of our party as no state exco members has right to approach the tribunal for the withdrawal of the case in court.

Lawal urged APC party faithful to disregard the rumour from those he claimed sold the party out for peanut as the party is ready to pursue the case to a logical conclusion.
