Tribunal sacks Messrs Musa Bororo and Shuaibu Langa langa

The National and State Assembly Election Petition Tribunal on Monday nullified the election of All progressive candidates for Mubi North and Mubi South State constituency area of Adamawa State, Messrs Shuaibu and Musa Bororo respectively.

In the judgement read by the chairman of the tribunal, Justice Akambi, the chairman of the tribunal held that Shuaibu of the APC forged his school certificate and Musa Bororo was sacked for inconsistency in his documents he submitted to INEC

The tribunal subsequently ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to withdraw the certificate of return from Shuaibu Langa langa and issue same to Suleiman Vokna of the People’s Democratic Party.
