Gov. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state today visits Adamawa state university, Mubi to make another round of promise again.

The governor this time promised to make ADSU, Mubi a world class learning institution, The Finder report how the governor visits the university last year to make a promise of building 2000 hostel capacity, a promise he never fulfil till date.

Fintiri who is notorious for making false claim and promises, it is on record that Fintiri made the highest promise as governor of the state without fulfilling them.
