R-PDP cries out, says “Fintiri has abandoned governance for merry making; as he is not elected to attend weddings or paying condolence visits.
A member of R-PDP in Adamawa, Alhaji Sani Bello has described Govrnor Ahmadu Fintiri as an insensitive man oblivious of the yearnings of Adamawa residents.
The R-PDP stalwart also lamented that at a time the state was in dire need of physical developments and security as a result of kidnaping for ransom, the governor decided to embark on what he described as “merry-making trips” by paying condolence visits to either victim of insecurity or attending weddings.
“At a time when several innocent lives have been lost, when many of the victims are in hospital seeking blood donations to survive, the governor is gallivanting round the state in the name of PDP unity rally or condolence visits”, the stalwart said.
The R PDP member wondered why the governor should be travelling aimlessly with taxpayers’ money, while the common man is being killed daily because of failed promises made by his Government to adequately protect lives and property in Adamawa.
Alhaji Sani chided the governor for justifying, promoting, and sustaining directionless government in Adamawa few months to clock one year in office, pointing out that despite the public outcry against his government for put the state on auto pilot, for instance, the government remained silent on such issues.
“The man came to power to smear Bindow’s name and legacy but thank God, the man gave Bindow and APC free publicity by not pointing to any projects he has completed since his assumption of office,” Sani said.
“The Governor and his ally the imposter who is lying claim to be chairman of PDP in Adamawa are doing everything to kill PDP in Adamawa, but we wouldn’t allow it. They want the PDP to die and feed on its carcass,” Mr. Sani said, adding that Mr. Fintiri’s posturing was adding fertilizer to R PDP future in Adamawa.
“We are grateful to Dr. Ardo Umar for coming to PDP rescue in Adamawa, Fintiri has proven APC right by not showing a single project he has started and finish few months to his one year in office,” Sani said.
He said the State Government, under Mr. Fintiri, had failed the people of Adamawa state and indeed other Nigerians by not doing what is expected of a responsible government to better their lives, adding that Fintiri is not the Governor Adamawa people deserve.
