A morally bankrupt Mendan Fwa can’t speak on Bindow’s appointments – BMG

The Bindow Media Group (BMG) has described one Medan Fwa’s comment that APC lost Adamawa state due to Bindow’s neglect for Christians in terms of appointments as baseless, ill-founded sheer noise-making and irresponsible as it lacks substance.

The Group said it was unfortunate that Medan still has the effrontery to speak on issue of religion, given the mess created by the same set of people running to Bindow begging for assistance day and night  while he was in power.

“It was due to Bindow finishing his fours as governor and  burden of Medan not getting financial assistance as it was few years ago when Bindow was the governor, this man has almost become bankrupt and unfortunately avail himself a willing tool for one that can give him peanut to tarnish Bindow’s image,” it said.

BMG, in a statement signed by Amos Emmanuel and Ibrahim Usman, its Chairman and Secretary respectively, said Maden itchy palms for free money, inefficient and undisciplined attitude towards money led him to be used by people that has nothing to show since mantle of leadership was placed on them, he fail to acknowledge that Adamawa under the present administration of PDP led government is almost becoming a failed State.

“Fact is, Adamawa state have become a failed state since Bindow left power. The PDP led state government has collected billions of naira from FAAC without tangible infrastructure to show for it.

“It is the same Bindow’s government PDP claims that has squander Adamawa money that build over 400 kilometres of roads, build bridges and install street light in all nooks and cranny of Adamawa state before the advent of the present government that find it difficult to maintains the legacy left behind by the Bindow’s administration.

“It is this same Bindow administration that has commenced legacy projects that had been on the drawing board, some for more than 15 years. Among these projects are the urban renewal projects across the three senatorial district of Adamawa state.

“We are not saying there is so much money then, but that the little Bindow have, government is delivering more efficiently. On the other hand, PDP could not show a single project they started and commission since May 29, 2019.

“Maden Fwa required finance assistance we are appealing to Sen. Bindow to look at him with eyes of pity and still assist him financially” the body said.
