Adamawa schools to reopen October 12

Primary and secondary schools, as well as tertiary institutions in Adamawa State will resume on Monday, October 12, 2020.

The chief press secretary to Governor Fintiri of Adamawa state, Humwashi Wonosikou, announced this on Thursday in Yola.

According to the chief press secretary to the governor, public and private primary, secondary and tertiary institutions are to abide by the directives of the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control on COVID-19.

Humwashi explained that the resumption was for first term of 2020 and 2021 academic session, stressing that primary and schools finished third term examination before closure for the corona virus.
