Despite no evidence of court service, Opposition in Adamawa claims magistrate struck out the case on Husseini Gambo Nakura.

A court bailiff attached to magistrate court 5, Jimeta has denied that its officials or the court bailiff have effect service on the chairman, Chairman, Adamawa concern citizen, Husseini Gambo Nakura.

This paper earlier reported how Adamawa global trustee accuses Gambo Nakura of doctoring the phone conversation between Gov. Fintiri of Adamawa state and Husseini Gambo Nakura.

THE FINDER learnt that opposition party members in Adamawa troop to the magistrate court 5 this morning in solidarity with Gambo Nakura, despite no service on the defendant contrary to Nigeria courts procedure that required a defendant to be personally served before commencement of trials in any Nigerian court.

 Witnesses also told this newspaper that hundreds of opposition party members storm the magistrate court, a few minutes later they came out with jubilation that the magistrate in charge of the case has struck out the case against Nakura in a controversial circumstance.

Reacting to the charade that happens today, a lawyer to Adamawa global trustee has faulted those celebrating the dismal of the case, Barr. Sunday Agbo, an Abuja based legal practitioner, has urged the public to wait patiently as the court bailiff is not in town to effect service on the defendant.

“How can any reasonable person be celebrating that the defendant is yet to be served court process be set free of charges brought against him? 

“The celebration and social media attack on us will be short live as we are waiting for the right thing to be done to commence prosecution of our case”.
