Breaking: FOI: Court okays service order on Bashir Ahmad led covid 19 committee

On Wednesday, The Federal High Court sitting in Yola approved a motion on notice to be served on the Adamawa state government, and the Bashir Ahmad led covid 19 committees.  

 

Justice Abdulaziz Anka ordered the plaintiff to put Adamawa state government and Bashir Ahmad led covid 19 committees on a motion on notice at the resumed hearing on Wednesday.

The Finder reports that a civil society organisation and The Finder multimedia has dragged Bashir Ahmad led covid 19 committees and the Adamawa state government to The Federal high court, Yola for non-disclosure utilisation of covid 19 funds garnered from the Federal government and captain of industry, and well-meaning Nigerians.
