Yola water scarcity: APC chieftain lambasts Aishatu Binani, Jafaru, saying their lip service representation will come to an end in 2023
A chieftain of All progressive congress, APC in Adamawa state, has described the senator representing Adamawa central in the red chamber and the member representing Yola North, South and Girei constituency in the green chamber Messrs Binani and Suleiman Jafaru for neglecting their constituents during the recent water scarcity in Yola South local government of Adamawa state as ‘uncharitable and unfair.’
The APC chieftain said their silence in times of hardship brought upon the people by the recent water scarcity in Yola has described what the duo stand for, noting that everything the Senator and Rep. Jafaru stand for is well known by the people.
Ibrahim Ahmed in a statement on Saturday blasts Binani and Jafaru for abandoning the people for a philanthropist who holds no political office to come to the people’s aid.

Ibrahim explained that it was unfortunate that Aishatu Binani and Jafaru who went into hiding during the recent water scarcity that hits Yola south and its environs will definitely show up for the campaign in 2023 to seek the people’s votes.
The APC chieftain maintained that Aisha Binani and Suleiman Jafaru has openly abused and overstretched the privilege due to anyone called or identified as a true representative since they abandoned their constituents during the recent water scarcity.
“Our attention as party faithful has been drawn to some very uncharitable, unfair treatment of the people of Yola south by Aishatu Binani and Jafaru Suleiman during the recent water scarcity that hits the constituents of Messrs Binani and Jafaru that was later fixed by a good Samaritan that hold no political office
“We ordinarily would not have issue statement on this happening till 2023 when Aishatu Binani and Jafaru will be seeking our votes, out of respect for the spirit of the holy month of Ramadan but we chose to put records in proper perspective by reacting to the total neglect of the people by Binani and Jafaru despite the untold hardship brought upon the people by the recent water scarcity.
.” “First of all, considering the Holy month of Ramadan in which Muslims all over the world are humbly observing fasting, any true representative of the people is charged with the duty of ameliorating any hardship their constituents will face in the cause of the Ramadan fasting by Muslims faithful, only for Binani and Jafaru to abandon their constituents to the mercy of a non-political office holder to fix the water scarcity problem in Yola south.
“The good people of Yola south who had perhaps expected to hear a response from their representative during the recent water scarcity would by now be left in serious disappointment because the two of their representative at the national assembly turns their back on them in times of need.
