Breaking: Group urges Adamawa ALGON, BOSS, Jingi Rufai to contest for Reps in 2023

A group, under the auspices of Youths Demand for Rufai Jingi 2023, has called on the Adamawa state chapter chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria, Rufai Jingi, to contest the 2023 National assembly election for Mubi North, Mubi South and Maiha federal constitution election, adding that it’s (the group) has resolved to fund his political campaign.

The group, in a statement issued today by its Chairman, Mr Mohammed Ibrahim, and Director of Operations, Mr Daniel Vimtim, said the federal constituency is urgently in need of a national builder, a unifier that can save the three local councils from its current state.

The group said: “We are demanding Hon. Ibrahim Jingi to represent us at the national assembly in 2023, and we have also resolved to fund his electioneering should he accept the call to run in 2023.”

It added: “We call on every son and daughter of Mubi North, Mubi South, and Maiha lends a voice to the demand for Jingi to run in 2023, as he has no other choice but to accept the call to render service to humanity in the capacity as member representing us in the green chamber.
