Fintiri promotes his media aide, Kumangar and nine other directors to permanent secretaries in Adamawa.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa State has approved the promotion of his special counsel on media and publicity, Mr Solomon Kumangar and nine others to the position of permanent secretaries.

 

According to a state’s Head of Service press statement, the promoted permanent secretaries are Solomon Kumangar, Michael Medugu, Ibrahim Buba, Linah Ndisah, Aishatu Rilwan, Yahaya Sule Cletus Hikiah and Mbi Deborah.
