Opinion: Ishaku Abbo is no saint as the chicken has come to roast

The recent grandstanding by Ishaku Abbo that he is a saint that foretold the happening in Adamawa politics in current time is a display of juvenile and vodo prophecy that he has not seen his wish accomplish and such prediction of dooms on Fintiri’s administration by Abbo must be reversed.

A statement issued penultimate Friday by Abbo via his Facebook has confirmed our worst fear that the senator has become a prophet that his prophecy refuse to be accomplished or fulfilled.

Let me take you back to some allege Abbo’s grouse with the Governor; it is no longer news the senator fell apart with Fintiri due to power tussle regarding the issue of council chairpersons election, Abbo on several occasions, has alleged that he is a stakeholder in PDP his former party and that he deserves to be allocated with some council chairperson.

This request is demeaning to a governor and Abbo himself because, as a senator, he will not allow such.

This prophecy and saint claim by Abbo is empty. It does not prove how he became a saint by waiting for any politically exposed person of Adamawa to fall out with the Governor and then went haywire that he predicted and foresaw it coming.

As a Christian, I have not read in the holy bible or history books that a fellow that uses abusive words on people has been named a saint or a prophet.

If Abbo claims to be a political prophet, he should see the handwriting on the wall that he has not carried along with his constituents, nor do they say how he represents them in the Senate.

The electorates are more than an individual as it their back politicians rode to power; if Abbo knows this the question I want to ask Abbo since he found himself in the Senate, has he ever consulted his constituents the way he wants the Governor to consult him why it comes to governance or appointment, the answer is NO!

In politics Abbo should know one thing when you neglect the power of the people thinking that you are copying the Governor of Benue state that abandon governance for Buhari, that will not work for him.

Like Roman Reigns, a wrestler whose slogan Abbo copied, “we belive”, I believe that Abbo has ended his electoral fortune in Adamawa state as posterity will never be kind to him that he has wasted the people’s mandate and taken them for a ride, he ended up copying the wrestler’s slogan not copying how Roman fight to conquer his opponent to make his fans happy.

When you look at the lips of every Adamawa politician, especially the APC folks, you will hear we will defeat Fintiri; who are we in APC? is there anyone in APC that will unseat Fintiri? The answer is capital no!

The shenanigans called reunion been propelled on social media by APC supporters, alluding to how they will win in Adamawa in 2023 is a lofty dream and the biggest fantasy of the year.

We all know the only thing that scatters APC in Adamawa is the individual ambition of these folks within the APC fold; after the upcoming primary of APC, you will see cross carpeting to PDP and pains, and you will hear I have been rigout.

Saint Abbo kindly note that it is time for you to predict your downfall politically because criticising others and not looking at your flaws is your greatest undoing; it is evident that you want all politicians of Adamawa to pick a fight with the Governor so that you called yourself the name “saint” which I know now that you are a saint enthusiast not a saint in reality which you may not attain by hauling verbal attacks on the people.

Finally, no matter how politicians falls apart with the Governor for reasons best known to them, know that they can never align to your re-election as a senator or your lofty dream of becoming Governor in 2023.

Also, the “saint” claim is unsustainable unless Abbo predicts that the electorate will not support him again in 2023.
