Fintiri swears in Kumangar as permanent secretary.

Governor Ahmadu Umaru has administered the oath of office on ten permanent state secretaries, including the director-general media, Solomon Kumangar.

The permanent secretaries were sworn in in two batches of five and five before the state executive council (SEC) meeting at the Adamawa state government house, Yola, on Monday.

Immediately after the swearing-in of the permanent secretaries, the Governor and cabinet commissioners commenced the SEC meeting.
