Breaking:Fintiri to declare for second term tomorrow

Barring any last-minute changes, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state is expected to declare for a second term tomorrow in Yola, the Adamawa state capital.

Sources today said the governor would declare to seek another term of four years in office as everything has been put in place for the declaration.
