Adamawa North: Buba Shafani: A principled man in the senate is nothing short of revolutionary in Adamawa north

The Elect Buba Shafani Movement has reeled out why the businessman turn politician, Buba Shafani, deserves to be elected to the senate in 2023.

At a meeting on Tuesday, the movement cited a youth empowerment programme and many youths he nurtured into business from Adamawa, as one of the reasons Shafani should be elected come 2023.

The group said Shafani acceded to youth empowerment and philanthropism despite holding no political office.

Besides the empowerment, the group urged PDP delegates to remember how Shafani has helped several youths in business adventures in Adamawa state.

The most valuable asset in politics is credibility. Politics is persuasion, and “to be persuasive, we must be believable; to be believable we must be credible.”

Adamawa north has suffered from mediocre leadership for as long as I can remember. Most of those we send to the senate are small-minded men, incapable of seeing further than the ends of their noses. A principled man in the senate is nothing short of revolutionary in Adamawa north. The excited reactions to Buba Shafani declaration to contest for senate  attest to the hope he inspires in many.

“It took the timely intervention of Buba Shafani to rescue us in Adamawa north from political quagmire we have found ourselves by declaring to contest for senate in 2023,” the elect Shafani Movement said.
