Blackmailing Fintiri with religious sentiment will not guarantee an APC ticket; Kumangar blast removed ADSHA member Joseph Ayuba.

Solomon Kumangar, the Director-General media to Governor Fintiri of Adamawa state, has accused the member representing Michika in the Adamawa state House of Assembly, whose seat was declared vacant, Joseph Ayuba, of playing ethnic and religious politics to woo sympathy.

Kumangar said Ayuba would continue to remain onlookers in APC political sphere as mere blackmailing the Governor will not surety his inordinate ambition to represent Michika/Madagali in the House of Representatives.

He remarked while reacting to several allegations from Joseph Ayuba that Governor Fintiri is behind his seat being declared vacant by the speaker, Aminu Abbas, penultimate Wednesday.

The Director-General urged Ayuba to stop playing politics of blackmail and religion as such will spell dooms for him.

In a statement, the aide to Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State said the suspended member should channel his blackmail antics to his opponents in APC as history is about to repeat itself as Ayuba is known for playing petty politics in 2015 has planned the same tactics to arm-twist the party.

He wrote: “I had thought that Ayuba would move beyond ethnic and religious politics and work to connect to the people he represents to leaders of Adamawa state. Instead, he decided to activate his 2015 plans of blackmailing APC and running to PDP to beg for a ticket. He will continue to be an onlooker.

“Politics is a game of numbers; Ayuba cannot continue to play politics of blackmail and sentiment in the 21st century and expect that a miracle will happen.

“We are not surprised by the recent outburst of Ayuba laying all sort of allegations and lies against the Governor, this fellow want to contest for Michika/Madagali ticket in PDP when he discovers the ominous signs of his candidature not sellable he swap party and want to woo sentiment same way he wooed against the APC in 2019.

“We are in receipt of the name he called a former governor of APC in 2019 and the pioneer chairman of the APC in Adamawa state, Sen. Binta Masi, when the ticket did not favour him.

When things favour him, he maintains absolute quietness; when the cloud is too dark for him, the campaign of calumny begins.

No matter how APC rejoice today, they should know that if the automatic ticket that he is blackmailing the Governor is not given to him, the reverse will be the case.
