Massive Crowd As Youths Mobbed Adamawa pension boss, Thomas Madi In Michika.
A mammoth crowd turned out on Friday in Michika Local Government Area of Adamawa State to express strong support for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, and the state governorship candidate of the party, Umaru Fintiri, for the 2023 general elections.
The chairman of the Adamawa Pension Board, who cheered up the crowd, admonished supporters to get their PVCs and vote 5/5 to return the PDP to power at the centre and support Fintiri for continuity to end insecurity and hardship in Nigeria.
It was the flag-off of the Atiku/Fintiri campaign council in the Adamawa northern zone held in Michika as the shout of the pension boss’s name rented the air from Garta to Michika town, according to a report by our correspondent in Adamawa.
Madi expressed satisfaction with the turnout, saying it indicates that the PDP has won the elections and will be sworn in on May 29, 2023.
He said, “Anywhere we go, we discover that the election is already over.” “I am happy because Atiku Abubakar is a president in waiting, and Fintiri will be sworn into office for a second term in May 2023.”
Madi also said that the PDP will run an inclusive government, which is why Governor Umaru Fintiri picked a woman as his running mate.
He reiterated the fact that Adamawa has never lost the presidential election, said the state made a mistake in 2015, and urged them to vote PDP all the way in the next elections.
On his part, Fintiri, who led the crowd into a session where the entire Adamawa north made a resolve to vote PDP 5/5 in the 2023 elections, also appreciated PDP leaders and elders for standing firm to ensure that he got the needed support from Adamawa stakeholders.
