Adamawa Info Commissioner, Iliya, Congratulates Governor Fintiri on Doctorate Award
The Honourable Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Hon. James Iliya, on behalf of the management and staff of the Ministry, extends heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, Executive Governor of Adamawa State, on the conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Administration by the prestigious Rivers State University.
In a statement issued on Sunday, Hon. Iliya poured glowing encomiums on Governor Fintiri, describing his leadership as one of the most impactful in the history of Adamawa State.
