A coalition of youth groups in Adamawa State has called on Nuhu Ribadu not to seek election without making available his stewardship when he was the Chairman of the Efcc. The leaders of the coalition, called Adamawa Youth Coalition, stated this in an interaction with our correspondent in Yola on Saturday. They said they were dissatisfied with Mr. Ribadu’s performance as the chairman of the Efcc and that seeking election “could be a disgraceful move.” The leader of the coalition, Abdulmajid Saad and his secretary, Salisu Nda, spoke on behalf the coalition, they said comprised 13 youth groups. “We observed with utmost dismay that the former Efcc, Chairman could describe Bindow’s transformation as below expectation and cosmetics. We challenge Ribadu to quickly avail Adamawa people his stewardship in Efcc or forget 2019. “the most painful aspect of the whole thing, Nuhu felt bad when he was criticize and exposed by his predecessor, Mrs. Farida Waziri, how can Nuhu come to Adamawa trying to cajole the people into believing him that he is the messiah, once upon a time Nuhu was the Chairman of the Efcc, how many Adamawa youths was he able to employ? Before Nuhu contest against Bindow in 2019, he should come clean in all the allegations against him by his predecessor, Mrs. Waziri or he should forget next Saturday primary. The transformation of Gov. Bindow is visible to Nuhu, but he choose to play politics. How can Nuhu explain the tarred road in front of his family compound in Yola? Or he is still dreaming of victory. He knows that Gov. Bindow will conquered him and his co travelers next Saturday”. The statement said.
