MODI HAS GONE TO COURT TO ADVERTISE HIS IGNORANCE AGAIN- DASIN

The Chairman, Adamawa United for Change, Alhaji Musa Dasin has described Modi’s desperation of rushing to court to demand disqualification of Gov. Bindow as huge joke and the mockery of the honorary doctorate degree given to him by Crescent University, Abeokuta. Recall that last week, Modi filed a suit at the Federal High Court over a dead certificate issue, he and his cronies labeled against Gov. Bindow to discredit the Governor ahead of 2019.

In a statement released by its Chairman, Musa Dasin, the group said Halilu Ahmed alias Modi is an abysmal failure and that his years of offering Bureau De Change service to Nigerian, he still wallowed in ignorance, Modi went to court haven fail to achieve his sinister objective through the group he sponsored to file the first charge against the Governor, now it is Modi himself that filed the suit in Court, but he should remember the case is dead on arrival, he only went to Court to advertised his ignorance once more.

”By virtue of Modi’s antecedents, he is an abysmal failure and is totally incompetent to offer himself as a candidate for the leadership of Adamawa. Modi is a Bureau De Change operator. What is his performance record in current assignment? Modi should kindly look at the constitution of Nigeria, the Governor has met Section 177 (d) which prescribes that candidates contesting election into the office of State Governor must have been educated up to at least School Certificate Level  or its equivalent. To be elected as Governor of a State in Nigeria, one must fulfill the following requirements:

  1. He must be a citizen of Nigeria by birth;
  2. He must have attained the age of thirty-five years;
  3. He must be a member of a political party and that political party must have sponsored him; and
  1. He must also be educated to at least the School certificate level or its equivalent.

Modi only engage himself in an academic exercise, knowing full well that same case is pending before another Federal High Court, Abuja.
