Presidential election result: Adamawa NUT urges Nigerians to support Buhari

Comrade Rodney Nathan, Chairman of the Nigerian Union of Teachers (NUT), Adamawa Wing has lauded Nigerians for reelecting President Muhammadu Buhari for another term.

Nathan made the call on Wednesday while reacting to the declaration for the reelection of President Buhari for another term of four years.

He commended the INEC and the security agencies for ensuring the peaceful conduct of the general elections.

He also lauded Nigerians for peaceful conduct of elections.

He urged Teachers in the state to repeat the same feat by reelecting Gov. Mohammed Bindow of Adamawa for continuity and for the implementation of good policies for teachers especially the implementation of the new teachers retirement age.

He appealed to President Buhari to take the victory as victory for Nigerians and continue with his good vision for the transformation of Nigeria.

“I congratulate President Muhammadu Buhari for his well deserved victory in the last Presidential election.

“I equally congratulate Nigerian voters for peaceful conduct of the last polls and I urged all the teachers in the state to vote massively for Gov. Mohammed Bindow to continue the implementation of teachers friendly policies in the state’, Nathan said.
