Disgraced former SGF, Lawal should concentrate on his grass cutting Trial, not trivialising local politics in Adamawa.

Mallam Aliyu Jika a member of the Adamawa Patriotic in Yola said that the disgraced former SGF, Lawal, should show remorse on the allegation of financial malfeasance levelled against him by the EFCC, Jika told this news medium that no elder statesman from Adamawa State will subject himself to the ridicule the disgraced former SGF, Lawal has put himself through in office as SGF and out of office as former SGF.

“Live is full of ironies especially in Nigeria. It is becoming a monumental social transition that  a man accused of diverting money meant for the down trodden in the society (IDPS),  rather than exhibit remorse due to shameful acts of moral imbalance, parade themselves as kings and masquerades and political godfather.
It is no longer worrisome that most of the traditional title holders today are executive rogues.

President Buhari in 2015, appointed the disgraced former SGF, Lawal who hailed from Kwambla in Hong local government In Adamawa. The people of the state celebrated for appointing one of their own in such a strategic position, but later got disappointment with the attitudes of Mr Lawal who was later disgraced out of the office.

 

“No elder States man will take side when two of his children are fighting, it behoves on the disgraced former SGF, Lawal to bury  his head in shame, we are aware of his moving around during the governorship election and openly campaigning for the PDP as if that is not enough, he threw caution to the wind by asking Bindow to accept defeat in the middle of the game, what we are seeing is desperation from the disgraced former SGF, Lawal to pull Bindow down by force either through coercion or his imaginary battle he locked himself in with a man who has never fight back”.
