Adsugate: Group to Adsu Visitation panel:”Your report must unravel the missing 500 million meant for the University law faculty”

“We will not accept any report without ADSU law faculty probe”

A former secretary Justice frontier, Mr. Mapida Ikwurunyi has called on the visitation panel to Adamawa state university, Mubi to immediately investigate the disappearance of the money meant to build Adsu, Mubi faculty of law.

Ikwurunyi urged Fintri visitation panel  to unravel the missing 500 hundred million meant for the take-off of law faculty Adsu Mubi 2014 and to extend their investigation to the tenure of Prof. Joshua Shall and the former Bursar of the University, Kumthi Ezra Anjili.

“We will not accept any visitation report that fail to unravel the disappearance of the 500 million meant for the establishment of Adsu Mubi faculty of law”.

It will be recalled that the state government in 2014 secure one billion naira from Nigeria stock exchange as loan to build more hostels and to  kick off the faculty of Law of the University, which afterward  developed wings and disappeared in 2014, truncating the good dreams of the founders of the state owned university.

The Finder recalls how the Economic and Financial crime commission (EFCC) dragged the former Vice Chancellor of University, Prof. Joshua Shall and the former Bursar, Kumthi Ezra Anjili over the missing millions of naira from the University under their watch.
