Don’t Listen to Fintiri’s request to convert Mautech to conventional University, Adamawa Professionals urges President Buhari.

Adamawa league of professional on Thursday has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari not listen to Gov. Fintiri of Adamawa state on his plan to convert Modibbo Adamawa University of Yola to conventional university.

The secretary of the Group Mohammed Mustapha has decried the childish outburst of Gov. Fintiri concerning the controversy surrounding the establishment of teaching hospital in Adamawa, in an exclusive interview with The Finder Newspaper, Mustapha told this news medium that “we read with dismay the guts of Gov. Fintiri to approach President Buahri to convert Mautech to conventional University, while other states in the country are looking for technology University

“despite calling Bindow all sorts of name that he is not educated by the PDP administration in Adamawa, the Fintiri administration has started what Bindow has never thought of, how can a man who shout education is my priority wherever he found himself think of killing our technology university? Instead of thinking on how to establish a medical university like Kano, Ondo, Borno etc, Fintiri is busy making a failed promises of converting Mautech to conventional university.

We are calling on the PMB to direct Fintiri who claims that he has overnight magic to solve the problems of Adamawa to go and establish  school of medical science in Adsu or he should establish another University if he want not killing Mautech”.
