A senator representing Adamawa north senatorial district in the National assembly, Senator Ishaku Abbo of the People’s Democratic Party, (PDP), has warned the Adamawa state Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) and governor Fintiri of Adamawa state to desist from plunging the state into unnecessary chaos by attempting to subvert the mandate of the people in the tomorrow council polls in the state.

He issued the warning in the open he wrote to the inspector general of police, Director of the state security service and the National security adviser in Abuja on Friday.

The Senator, therefore, urged Gov. Fintiri as the chief security officer of the state not to constitute himself to security threat:

Abbo in the viral letter on social media accused Gov. Fintiri and ADSIEC of planning to declare the election results by 12noon on Election Day as the governor’s utterance has shown he is not ready for free and fair election in Adamawa.

The governor’s statement of telling his party members that whoever wins the ticket has won the main election has shown that the result is already predetermined against tomorrow’s polls.

Abbo claim Fintiri told him that he is going to travel outside the state tomorrow leaving behind instruction with the chairman of the state electoral commission to declare all PDP candidates winners in all the 21 local government of the state.

Effort made by this news medium to get Mr. Solomon Kummangar to react to Senator Abbo’s claim against his principal prove abortive as his known phone number was not reachable before press time.
