Adamawa APC supporters boo Aishatu Dahiru (Binani), at party secretariat in Yola

The Senator representing Adamawa Central in the Nigerian Senate, Aishatu Dahiru Ahmed (Binani), faced a hostile crowd during her visit to the party secretariat in Yola, penultimate Saturday.

Binani who led members of the National Assembly Caucus of the All Progressive Congress for a meeting with the State Working Committees at the party’s Secretariat in Yola was booed by angry youths shouting “Bamu ayi!, Bamu ayi!!” meaning we don’t want.

The youths denied been sponsored when approach by our correspondent,  but stated that their anger was because of Senator Binani excess quest and desperation for power to contest another round of election in 2023 without fulfilling the campaign promises she made in 2019 to the people of Adamawa central.

Muhammad Auwal one of the leaders of the youths told this news medium that  “Adamawa Central Senatorial District is too big for anyone to be taken for granted as such we shall do our best to protect the interest in our people and will not allow anyone to toys it’s glory of his or her selfish interest.”

“Leadership is about sacrifice, any leader that has fallen short of that should forget about it. Senator Binani has failed and as such should bury her political ambitions to Adamawa State,” the youths opined.
