FORGET 2023 GROUP TELLS SENATOR AISHATU BANANI AND REP. SULEIMAN RIBADU

The Adamawa central Frontier Network, a community based political organisation in the seven local governments area of Adamawa central senatorial district told the senator representing Adamawa central in the senate and the member representing Yola North, Yola South and Girei federal constituency, Suleiman Ribadu to drop their re-election bid in 2023.

Comrade Mohammed Bappare, leader of the group issued the advice on Saturday while briefing Newsmen in Yola.

Bappare said that the call became necessary to inform those occupying elective positions of abysmal neglect to the people of Adamawa central in the area of basic infrastructure and social amenities.

The leader of the group accused Messrs Binani and Ribadu member of being bias in the allocation of constituency development projects.

He said that the duo of Binani and Ribadu has turned deaf to their plea of giving the people quality representation in the national assembly since the 2019 election.

“since Binani and Ribadu have failed to recognise members of their constituency in time like this, we have using this medium to inform them to drop their second term ambition or be voted out in 2023”.

“It is glaring that we have been neglected in the allocation of both social amenities and basic infrastructure. “In this 21 century, Adamawa central is backward since the advent of Aishatu Binani and Suleiman Ribadu.

“We are living at the mercy of God since these two was sent to represent us at the national assembly.

“Due to these, we are telling our senator, Aishatu Binani and rep. Ribadu not to seek re-election because of their failure.’ Bappare said.
