Presidential award on Fintiri, confirmation of outstanding leadership-Adamawa Rebirth

Adamawa rebirth, an Atiku and Fintiri support group has described the award given to Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri on infrastructure as a confirmation of leadership excellence.

Congratulating the governor on the award presented to him by President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday, Adamawa rebirth said that the gesture speaks volumes about the visionary leadership Fintiri has delivered for the good people of Adamawa state.

The group in a statement by its chairman, Esv. Thomas Madi said the recognition of the governor’s outstanding performances has set a useful benchmark that prospective Adamawa guber aspirants in 2027 will use.

The group said that Fintiri has written his name in gold haven rewritten Adamawa history in less than four years and is now in the league of performing and best among equals in Nigeria, and the intergenerational projects he has embarked on are visible to the opposition.

The Group noted that the proposed award is a direct confirmation of the tremendous leadership of the governor.

The group said: “ Fintiri is no stranger to the receipt of awards due to his infrastructural blue prints.

“We commend the Federal Government for recognising Fintiri’s contributions to the development of Adamawa State through the provision of quality infrastructure.

“Buhari has demonstrated uncommon political maturity for inclining towards Adamawa State Chief Executive for the award among other governors in the country, despite coming from an opposition party.
