Women would be better represented in Tinubu government-Ganduje.
National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Mr. Abdullahi Ganduje has promised more opportunities for women in the administration of President Bola Tinubu.
This promise was made by Ganduje on Friday in Abuja, when a delegation led by Cecilia Yashim, National Coordinator of the Aunty Zed Support Group, paid a visit to the chairman.
He promised that under his presidency, Nigerian women will finally get to reap the benefits of democracy.
The government already has plans and strategies in place that will help women. Please consider joining forces with the First Lady’s office so that you, too, may reap the benefits of her many planned initiatives.
We’ve heard you, and your wishes, and you have our word that we’ll help in any way we can.
Yashim commented that she wanted to congratulate the chairman on becoming the party leader and inform him of women’s demands while she was there.
She said that the organisation was prepared to educate Nigerians on government policies and was being led by Hajia Zainab Ibrahim, the Deputy National Women Leader of the party.
We’d like to ask the party chairman and the rest of the National Working Committee to investigate a cabinet position for our leader.
To further her efforts for the good of all Nigerians, she stated, “We will not mind any befitting appointment.”
