Deputy Inspectors General of Police (DIGs), Assistant Inspectors General of Police (IGs), Commissioners of Police (CPs), and other senior commanders in the Force will gather with Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Kayode Egbetokun to ensure the country’s security this holiday season.
Ademuyiwa Adejobi, the Force spokesman, made the announcement in a statement on Sunday. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Monday at the Force Headquarters in Abuja.
It is believed that Egbetokun will announce the police’s accomplishments throughout the last ten weeks.
According to the announcement, the conference, which the IGP called, will assess the police’s anti-crime policies and address various security issues with the aim of establishing peace and order in our beloved nation.
The IGP would also make the most of this chance to boast about the things the police have accomplished in the past ten weeks.
High-ranking police commissioners and other tactical commanders are present at the meeting. In order to ensure the safety of everyone in Nigeria, everyone needs to pitch in.
