Bid to stop Bindow in court suffers setback

The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja today postponed hearing in a suit seeking to bar Gov. Bindow from   contesting the 2019 general election coming up on March, 2.

The presiding Judge, Justice Mohammed adjourned the case until the process of harmonizing suit file by a civil society and Modi an inlaw to Buhari is completed.

According to our correspondent, the Judge stands down the case so that all the interest group in the suit harmonise the case before hearing.

Reacting to the development, Dasin who was in the court today, admonished Adamawa residents to disregard the fake circulating on the social media that the court adjourn for judgment, “how do you adjourned a case that has not been argue before open court.

“If you look at the fake being circulated on the social media is laughable, no news source attached to the story, a desperate fellow used his whatsapp and send fake news and immediately it went out like wild fire” Dasin told this news medium.
