Governor Fintiri Applauds Nigerians on 63rd Anniversary of Independence
Adamawa State Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has conveyed wishes to Nigerians around the world on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day.
“Statehood gave Nigeria with a historic opportunity to halt colonial tyranny, make independent decisions about the country’s destiny, and construct a confident future for the nation, the governor was reported as saying in a statement released by his chief press secretary, Humwashi Wonosoiku.

Fintiri claims that Adamawa State’s diverse and inventive populace has served as a model for the rest of Nigeria and Africa.

He promises the people that the government will do everything in its power to remove the obstacles standing in the way of growth and prosperity.
